it does also come with some additional features that i think make it more than just a simple avatar reverse engineering, i'm just hoping i can also find out enough to maybe try to do all that it can do as well if it comes down to it.

I've provided a link inside the post above for a bit of reference. Outside of that, I'm not too certain on all of the behind the scenes avatar things that help to make the magic happen. If anything, it might be more simple or complex than I'm thinking it is.
edit: The one thing I believe is there is the marshmallow PB asset so I think that's probably something that exists here on the site.

Hello~ The Marshmallow assests is 100% on this website,if not I can always send the version I have. The top is called Gaming Underboob, I sadly don't have the Kikyo version of it but if I do locate it i'll send it your way

i think this just might be a blendshape toggle? but from looking on their twitter, possible it's also a psybone.
i think the mask might be this one: https://forum.ripper.store/topic/3985/looking-for-physbone-mask-please or something different.

as for other features on the avi, might be vrclens. but that's just speculation based on their twitter

@kiryuchann if the shirt is physbones, then i suppose i'd need to learn how to do physbones, as well as the boob physics for it too. and thank you for the mask asset as well~

yeah, it might be a psybone, but i'm more leaning towards a blendshape slider imo
you can't really see the thumb moving, they keep hiding it in most vidssleepy oji-chan ₍⑅ᐢ..ᐢ₎
