If They Bougth it themseleves they have a rigth to say no.

@butters34 Never assume everyone who say 'they have it" is a Gatekeeper, Yes Their people who will say "I have it" and never share it when ask if they can share the file, like example never say anything or replying whit no or something rude as "no you broke rats etcs", Sometimes it can be a sign of show off in our face but not everyone is like that when they say it, always ask before assuming they are one.
