People on here share files because the majority of people who want nice avatars like these can't always afford to buy them outright. Not to mention how problematic a lot of avatar creators end up being so even if you do want their work you don't want to always give money to problematic people. Not to mention a lot of them overprice the hell out of their work and make it unfeasible to buy their avatars unless they choose to put on a sale once in a blue moon.
