Any websites, Discords, or social media claiming to be VRChive are fake. You should avoid them & report them.
Once again, many thanks to the VRChive team, & thank you, NomNom.

Written below is from their official Discord that was taken down approximately 6 days ago.

Important Announcement: VRChive Server Shutdown

Hello @everyone,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent shutdown of the VRChive server. Recently, we received a DMCA complaint regarding the website, and we have been instructed to remove anything related to VRChive. While it’s been an amazing experience for everyone involved, it’s time to say goodbye. We will not be reopening VRChive.

*Some individuals who were unrelated to the core of VRChive have unfortunately gotten into legal **DMCA *trouble just for lending a hand. To prevent any further complications for anyone, we’ve made the difficult decision to end operations permanently.

But that’s not the only reason. Many of you know NomNom, who has been the sole developer and creator behind the website. Over time, the pressure of managing everything alone has taken a serious toll on his mental health. Those close to him have noticed this decline, and we’ve all encouraged him to prioritize his well-being over maintaining a website. After discussing it for over multiple weeks (it started in Early August), NomNom has finally agreed to step away from VRChive SERVER and WEBSITE altogether and will put focus on his mental health.

If you want to know more about the situation, feel free to reach out to NomNom directly, and he can share the full story.

Thank you all for being part of the VRChive journey. It’s been fun while it lasted.

Take care,
The VRChive Team

In 24 Hours the server will be Permanently Shutdown. And we will not be opening it again.

Now that we've covered what they posted in their now-deleted Discord server, here are the two known fake websites:

h ttps://vrchive.nomeize.co m
h ttps://nomeize.co m

If you downloaded anything from these sites, please delete the files & run multiple antivirus scans.
Here is another Forum Post Link to a quote of the Notification they had on their website before it was taken down.

[avistop]

anyone have download links for the two booth hairs at the bottom that arent in mega?

[MelodyMe]

bump so ppl can see

[ILostMyOldAcc]

Kemono is a pain in the ass to navigate for some reason it won't let you sort posts by latest and searching for stuff like avis is all jumbled together into a giant mess, if you want to find vrchat avis you gotta find a specific avi creator and check their artist tab

[Tuutikki]

thank uu !!

[Miki42]

@avistop which two you mean not in mega?

[avistop]

@Miki42 the bottom two links, my mega usage is usually backed up so i wanted to download the ones in the very last two mega links freely without mega

[Miki42]

@avistop gosh how much do you download xD

[avistop]

[Miki42]

@suubuildsstuff I only found and added 1 from this forum that you might already know

[avatarofcorn]

@Miki42 You might want to add assetopia[dot]ru to the Sites section. It effectively replaces vrchive.
