well the issue with the hair in the photo it's a combo of the original shinra hair and a bob cut hair^^

You'd have to take off the back piece of shinra's to get this look

I could try to put it together tomorrow if I figure out which part they used exactly, so far I think only the middle bang is changed? There is a longer strand on the right side, but that could be a blendshape for the bob hair (correct me if im wrong)
