Unfortunately, the creator doesn't seem to have posted anything on dA or Sketchfab since 2019, and the website they linked on their stuff seems to be dead, so don't hold your breath

New update: by sheer happenstance I ran into someone with the avatar on, and they were kind enough to let me clone it. I plopped the avatar ID into VRCPirate's ID Downloader, here's the .vrca file [register or login to view this hidden content]
Gonna look into how to properly reconstruct the avatar in a bit
