Imo, Seems like Selestia based on the hands, stomach, and booba, Though I could be wrong.

It indeed seems to be Manuka’s face with Selestia’s body, but one that has indulged too much in McDonald’s and Taco Bell.

I'll try manukas face on selestias body, if I can get it somewhat similar I'll post a ss incase any1 else would want the adjustment settings 🥺

It's likely they did some manual work in blender to add some more curves to her, which can be done relatively easily with the pull tool in sculpting mode.
