    Take your time ❤
    We all appreciate the wonderful work you're doing and I hope you can solve any problems you run into, friend !

    I cannot solve the problem of abnormal eye bones after installing the eye tracking that comes with VRC. I spent two days trying to solve this problem. But unfortunately, my ability can't solve it, I can only disable him. The shader is being added now, and the follow-up work is to add dynamic bones and some basic switches, as well as SPS and gogoloco. This requires a lot of time.

    @lolmesu Often eye tracking issues with VRC are issues with the Head bone not being perfectly zeroed out on their X and Z axis (X and Y in blender defaults) and the eyes similar. Open up a booth avatar that works in blender and check out its setup there for example. Could be the problem just something to check.

      Thank you very much, because my unity work is almost completed, and I don’t want to open the damn blender again. I will pay attention to this problem when I modify the next MMD model. Thank you for your guidance.

              Hi guys. this is my first time in MMD. can anyone tell me roughly how to use it? i know quite a bit about unity for vrc but I think this is a little different. do I need to use a blender or other tools?

                @eirc09872 at the bare minimum you need mmd itself (duh), a model (also duh) a motion and camera (sometimes they come as a package set, sometimes separate). you can drag and drop the each file in then hit play to see how the animation plays out. of course you can download stages and lighting effects and whatnot or use different shaders through raymmd. to enhance the model and stage looks. you can make your own animations and poses and save and share them. Also PMX editor is a must have, as sometime you might want to alter the model, either texture, remove or add clothing ect, add or remove morph/shapekeys/blendshapes.
                I'd recommend visiting the mmd general on 4chan https://boards.4chan.org/e/thread/2864449 as they are far more knowledgeable than me. I know just enough to get by but not enough to doing anything fancy.
                make sure to check out the resource links at the top of the thread too as there is lot of useful info there

                    Here is the link for anyone that needs the R18 version. If someone ends up making a model of it, shoot me a DM with a link that I can use for myself. Also in the future if any Azur lane models show up, notify and i will buy it (huge fan)

                          @SushiShu0 huh? I don't read Japanese too.
                          There are a lot of good translators these days.
                          Take a picture and try to translate it, bro.

                              Hi everyone! I used to be a public vrchat avatar creator in 2018, I haven't used Blender in a hot minute and when i do, I use the 2.79 (2017) version... regardless, here is unity package for the very minimum of this avatar. I did materials at the very minimum and did NOT do any dynamic bones, that's up to you. I haven't tested her in vrchat but I made any necessary adjustments for rigging/visemes that a standard avatar would need. If you're interested, here she is.
