making a PC only avatar quest compatible

Is there anyone that knows how to make a PC only avatar quest compatible ??? if you do can you pleaase do an avatar for me or teach me how??? ive seen a few avatars that were made quest compatible but they got banned because people kept sharing the avatar

I'm trying to get LUXX! by Mynk working for quest..
I used to have it from someone else but I guess they got banned or made the avatar private because they got caught or something... That's what I meant by that lol
