LF - Rocker/Punk avatar w/pink hair (don't know name)

Been trying to find this avatar for a few days, it has a bunch of different shirt styles, and says in the menu that "Avatar by “⸮”" it also has a Gogo Loco style system that is all in Japanese so I presume it's from a Japanese creator, any help is much appreciated, thanks!
