Idk about poiyomi PRO, but i feel like you should look into:

• a gloss normal map (or just use glitter)
• SSS (subsurface scattering, it's the pinkish red on the side of her cheek; SSS is when you take a flashlight to your finger and it glows because the light goes through it )
• im not sure but it feels as if the shadows have a gradient from blue/green to red? it might just be the SSS or the SSS is faked with a rim light
• i'd make the bell more metal-y, i suggest using a matcap + clear coat
