The fbx for Shinobu didn't have an armature so I went through using the unitypackage file and exporting through unity to get the armature for her in blender, this is not the original blend file provided by him. There were 2 versions in the unity file, ShinobuSafe and ShinobuNSFW, here are the blend files for both of them :

@BUNNYTO No, to be honest i don't even use vrc, i just convert models to mmd. All i know is you'll need to convert it to an fbx through blender. you'll need the mmd tools plugin for blender and possibly better fbx exporter. That'll get it into unity for starters. whether the bones will be compatible or you'll need to re-rig it, i don't know, same for physics. you're best to find a video tutorial on how to do it if no on else here knows.
