you can some basic hue shifting to recolor the hair textures.
use an online image editor if you don't already have one. -

@yoobingbong do you know how can i do the glitter effect? can the litoon shader do that effect

@Moondaisy Okay so quick unity tutorial:
How to add Glitter in Liltoon by:Damnation- Have liltoon installed
- Click on the material you want to change
Here Select "Advanced" instead of Simple
Now you have these new options, click on Glitter then Enable it
In the Color/Mask you can put a mask if you want only specific parts of your avi to have glitter (useful for nails, eyes etc) To make a mask just black out everything on the texture except the thing you want to be affected, that you usually leave white
You can change the glitter shape if you make a black and white image with your desired form (or a transparent png I think) and put it as a mask, disable shape if you don't want to use it- Play around with the settings that I didn't mention until you're happy
