@eiron have you looked? there isnt even a psd file for the default hair that i am able to edit. i have looked multiple times.

@BeastiiDaemon shared the model so maybe they can confirm, maybe they forgot to share the psds. but you can still pull the texture from your unity project and open it in photoshop for editing.
The new hair come with it's own mesh and texture in a few different colors.
