VRCW Passcode & Udon Hierarchy Inspector
I built a web scanner for
.vrcwfiles to inspect internal Udon data and dump hidden passcodes, keypad combinations, and endpoints.
What it extracts
- Passcodes & PINs: VIP room codes, MMD dance room passwords, and interactive keypad combinations.
- Hierarchy & variable inspection: Exact GameObject hierarchy, PathIDs, and serialized Odin/Udon heap variables from compiled world data.

Hosting the backend and parsing world files costs money out of pocket. Once this thread hits 20 upvotes, I will host the web tool and open it up for everyone to test for free for a few days.

@daswdas how much are your comms?, I'm looking for a tool that unlocks dexprotect models with the .key file inside of Unity by intercepting the unlock process from VRChat and forwarding it into the avatar in the Unity scene, to export the fixed mesh, as it works purely on parameters. I'm unsure where to go to commission someone for a program for something like this

tbh, I don't really follow what you mean yet I might need to try doing it hands-on first, or could you explain it in more detail? Feel free to DM me directly on the website
