I mean I would be shocked too if I woke up without hair but this is a model not a person

I mean either this avatar is broken (on purpose?) or I'm stupid which are both likely since I'm like kinda new to unity so it's not like I understand entirely how to fix things inside of it. which it seems like this model just needs to be rebuilt and restructured since it doesn't seem to have any blendshapes for the mouth, which would need to be fixed in blender.

I mean I'm not trying to be rude but I feel like these models were just meant to be rendered in bender for porn animations and that's that.

is the bumpiness is from the normal map and the hair is a toggle thats maybe why it turns off in play mode

you could remove the normal map or up the tilling to make it less bumpy

also the mouth movement is not blendshapes its a jaw flap viseme so thats maybe why its like that
