does not seem to have any virus
i took the risk and opened it i did scan it a few time before and well for now everything fine -

@G0R3_M0NST3R should be work by just running the subtance painter.exe inside
@Dehaven for me it only shows the splash screen then it disappears and doesn't fully open the SP project window
