️ HOW TO USE

1. /menu — OPEN THE MENU

View the available features and commands in a visual menu.

2. /login — LOG IN

Follow the instructions and wait for the owner to approve your login request.

Security note: The bot is hosted on my personal PC, so a login-location warning may appear. Review any warning carefully and proceed only if you understand and trust the authentication process.

3. /avatars — BROWSE AVATARS

Explore the latest additions to the database.

4. /logout — END YOUR SESSION

Log out and remove the saved login associated with the bot.

5. RENAME YOUR UPLOADS

Remember to rename your avatars after uploading so they're easier to identify and organize.

This project was developed with assistance from Claude, ChatGPT, and DeepSeek.

I'm currently the sole developer and maintainer, and the bot runs on my personal PC. Occasional downtime is possible while I work on improving the hosting setup, with the long-term goal of achieving 24/7 availability.

The project is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by VRChat.

UPDATE | Big Feature Drop

A lot has changed since release. Here's everything new

🟢 24/7 ONLINE STATUS
The bot now stays online around the clock. Even when the uploader PC is off, you can still open /menu, check the status and see when it was last online. As soon as the PC comes back, uploads resume automatically - no need to re-invite or re-login.

LIVE ACTIVITY
The bot's status in the member list now shows what it's doing in real time:

Glance at it to know if you'll be uploading right away or waiting.

NEW AVATAR NOTIFICATIONS
Turn on Notifications in /menu and the bot will DM you every new avatar the moment it lands in the database - photo included.
Instant upload straight from the DM
Request upload for locked avatars

SET IT UP IN YOUR OWN SERVER
Added the bot to your server? Server admins can now run:
/setup photos - every new avatar gets posted in a channel of your choice, with an Instant upload button
/setup menu - a permanent menu that updates itself and never gets deleted
The bot also posts a short setup guide when it joins a new server.

/menu EVERYWHERE
/menu now opens the full status panel for you privately - live queue, library stats, newest avatar, most uploaded and quick buttons for Login, Avatars, Profile, Switch account, Queue and Notifications.

QUEUE PRIORITY
Members of the home Discord server jump ahead in the upload queue. Want faster uploads? Join the server.

BETTER LOGINS
Typo in your password? You now get a clear "incorrect username/email or password" message with a Try again button - no need to retype /login.
Still failing with the right details? The bot walks you through the usual fixes, and you can report the problem with one click.
Tip: if your password has unusual symbols, switching to a letters + numbers password usually fixes it.

CLEARER ACCESS REQUESTS
Using the bot outside the home server for the first time? The bot now tells you who can approve your request, so you can add or message them if it takes a while. Once approved, you'll get a DM with a full how-to guide.

BLACKLIST YOUR AVATARS
Don't want your avatars in the database? Use /blacklist with just your VRChat ID (usr_...).
• Your account is skipped by the avatar saver
• It won't show up in any login list
• Add your display name too to auto-hide catalog files with your name
You can blacklist up to 3 accounts.

🧹 CLEANER DATABASE
Duplicate VRCA files have been removed, so browsing /avatars is less cluttered.

Found a bug or have feedback? Use /report and it goes straight to me.

️ QUICK START (UPDATED)

/menu - open the panel
/login - connect your VRChat account (2FA works)
/avatars - browse, tick what you want, press Upload selected
Turn on Notifications to never miss new avatars
Rename your uploads in-game afterwards
