@Intermindful Just use vrcquest tools and use the regular skin insted of the water one. And lower the textures a bit

Is the model a Unity package and does it have gogo?
@Skullertron8000 All of their avatars are unity packages. And I don't think it has gogo but it's easy to add

@Starwalker when i opened it it kept opening my internet explorer and searching having problems with file explorer until i deleted it I'm pretty sure this zip file has a virus.
