Im honestly curious as of why...? the deerlinas are always locked? i've never understood it.
@1Genocxde1 Well first it was to be like members only type of thing, at first the models wasnt allowed to be public, so putting a lock on it was our version of saying it still private but our close friends still have it, then after time went by we finally allow it to be public but we kept the locking system because 1. it was funny as hell, seeing people get trapped in the ground, and having people who try to be sneaky and steal avatars when you least expect it just get stuck in a position while you your still able to move, but as more and more creators come into to mixed they also wanted to learn how to make the locking system, so we taught people, but eventually as the drama grew they used it to gatekeep, fight, think they have some kind of power for the avis etc etc, most already forgotten who taught them how to lock the avis in the first place, but as more it grew the more people run around doing dumb shit with the avis so avis just started getting banned by vrchat one by one, so now it stop being about protecting the avis and more about how can you make something people like and still dont get banned, after all it doesnt matter if a avi public as long as someone is able to see it it could get reported and removed, People suck, community sucks, blah blah, and this is why we cant have nice things,

@keemrap I'd be interested in it, so if I do make public avatar edits for friends it'll only be for them so they don't get banned.

The Tool itself is more of a shortcut to making the Unlocking system, its creates the password and the ablility to unlock them with other avatars, of course this supposed to work only with the avis you own so it not as simple as unlocking any avi with the password, it was ment as a way to speed up the process instead of putting all the work every time you make a new avi, i had mostly designed it for myself, so idk if their a few bugs to work out but i cant really improve on them if im the only one who uses it

@UserNotFound404 at like the very beginning i wasn't, it really upset me how much my avis got ripped before, but as time go along you realized that people don't rip your work unless they honest believe that it was good enough, they use it as a way to always keep a backup ready incase something happens, or see things they like and want to get it or Learn how to improve on it, in fact it was probably learning how to fixed a broken down ripped avi for a friend is probably how i got as far as i could today, Everyone want to be able to learn how to be better then before, and from my experience, you don't always get the answers you want from asking creators, Despite how it is All my Work is usually incomplete in someway, so if you can use it make it better, even if it for yourself, then you should be allowed to, Of course im only speaking about my own avis, as other people had different opinions, i just try to be as Drama Free as possible, and if you gave me credit that just a bonus, at some point my end goal stop being making deerlinas and more if i could create a deerlina video game, so getting as much people interested in deerlinas beforehand should be way work towards that goal
