I took a peek at it and the only problem is her tongue is alwase out no toggles are on, don't know how to fix

Figured it out, find the tongue_root physbone and set pitch to 0 and yaw to 9.5

Basically, reverts to the original numbers when Tongue Out is active, so it flops like it should.
FWIW the original problem looks like a missing script/mono behaviour in the Tongue and N.Tongue animations.
This isn't as streamlined as it could be but I wanted it to be less confusing what I did. (Will sperg about it if you're interested, but it wasn't anything super complicated.)
