@hackjack its a sync issue, upload PC first then Quest, if the parameters don't match between uploads vrcfury can't sync them resulting in quest toggles not showing for PC From Quest and VICE VERSA.
I never had any issues as a Questy showing my PC friends.
Maybe try the upload again, or simply upload the Quest for PC side.
The pc and quest are pretty similar. -
