VRCW is the encrypted VrChat File, to "prevent" ripping
Unitypackage is to install things in untiy and save some space on ur Disc.
Folder are uncompressed but easier to locate files and stuff

I will give u the Folders.
I rename it what u can copy to unity and what u cant copy to unity, to prevent some issues during repair
