Is this drag and drop not working for anyone else? The cage toggles on but that's it isn't effecting the position of anything else

I'm struggling to add the cage to the avatar. when I drag it onto the avatar, it just clips through and doesn't do anything, it just sits there without retracting the peen at all.

This is the best way I could show it without showing too much, if someone knows a fix please add me on discord at: Baxinatorr
