Hi! Sorry to disappoint, but there's no chance of finding a Luminartofages model; he hasn't shared his modified models with anyone.
However, as an alternative, blobcg has shared them! (I can provide the link if needed.)@Reikalucifer ive been waiting for ages for eyros patreon slots to open up so i would love to get blobcgs models
