So uh... for anyone curious, I took this into blender to attempt it and uh..........
It's literally the worst thing I've ever seen. It's set up for Rigify, which means there's not a real armature, and it has no textures, and it's not UV-Unwrapped. It's entirely textured by blender nodes and noise, it's also not optimized in the least, it's.... it's bad.... sorry y'all -
