This thread is being monitored by an individual (or group) who seems to enjoy reporting worlds, and every world whose URL has been posted here has been taken down.
I know of a few MMD worlds that haven't been shared here, and none of them have been taken down at all.

Its pretty easy:
- Open your notepad or any other texteditor and save this code as a .bat file (for example: RunVRCWorlds.bat):
@echo off set GameDir="C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VRChat" set GameExe="C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VRChat\VRChat.exe" if "%~1"=="" ( echo Please drag and drop a VRCW file onto this batch file. pause exit /b ) set "path=%~1" set /a "randomid_a=10000+%random%" set /a "randomid_b=10000+%random%" set "randomid=%randomid_a%%randomid_b%" start "" /D %GameDir% %GameExe% "--url=create?roomId=%randomid%&hidden=true&name=BuildAndRun&url=file:///%path%" --watch-worlds --watch-avatars-
Put your all your .vrcw world files and the .bat in the same folder and drag the .vrcw on the .bat to run your your world in local test mode.

@Galaxy I've run some tests, and it turns out the world now has a script that checks the room status. Because of that, when launching offline, it's always forced to be public, so there's no way to bypass it. I'm looking into how to keep it from being forced into a public room during offline testing.
