I ended up just making a blendshape for it which fixed the issue.
I don't know if I'll drop the finished model since I have made it personalized but I'll drop a picture of the face in VRChat.
For anyone wondering I switched out poyomi for mochie's unity shader.

@ThornCardssss This is amazing! With that FBX, we can already make a fully functional avi, we just need textures/materials.

@HornySnake Use mochies unity shader for materials, its easy to understand if you know what you're doing

@ThornCardssss , yap, figured that one out. Already cooking up my first try with her. If my attempt works, I will post results (and, if I can, the resulting Unity file, if anyone wants it).
