Somtimes, in unity.
If you click on your [Body] in the Heirachy(left side) , then go to inspector, you will see something called blendshapes. click on that to expand, SOME models have body sliders in there. you just set it to your desired shape. and then lock it(automatic i believe after you press enter, or you might need to right click) and upload.
