Download Link (gofile.io) here it is, it's not a unitypackage, you need to open a unity project, then take the assets folder specifically and just drag it into your existing assets folder in the project window. make sure to delete any vrcsdk components that came from the vapeira assets folder as they will cause problems for you. she does require a bit of fixing up, for that you can go and try FACS utils, or find some restoration tutorials@nihil.rar Would you mind re-uploading the link?
