Does Anyone Know The Base of this Model?

I've been driving myself crazy looking for this avatar.
It's not a public. It seems custom. I don't want it ripped, I'd just like to know what the base model being used for it is.
And where I could find the pants it's using.
I'm in love with the style!I've already looked on VRModels and all over Jinxxy and other sites. Reverse image searched it, etc.
For months
So I figured, maybe someone here would recognize it!
