I have been asking around for a while and find it. Someone was willing to give me the files as a trade.
This is a working version, It does not have any bugs or any issues wrong with it from what I can tell.

Please make sure you have VRCFury and Liltoon installed before importing this to your project

@Zennethe thats interesting. Probably try checking your settings on windows because you might have your shield all the way up.

When I download that file on my main pc, I don't get a message like that or on any other pc like my friends pc.
