Offering this suit for Rusk, need help re-rigging it

I bought this recently:

However, in-game, the rigging does not work whatsoever, particularly around the arms and shoulders, no matter what method or creator companion plugin is used to reparent the bones. Was wondering if someone else could maybe help me diagnose and fix what's wrong with it ;;
