Can someone help fix this mamehinata.vcra file?

I am a fan of this avatar that is public of mamehinata and I would like to save it privately on my account before it is taken down. I have already ripped it into .vcra and would like someone to be able to fix it if possible. By that I mean I would like everything to be functional like how it is on VRChat if possible. Please and thank you
