I'll see what I can do to get the blender rig in working order for unity. My hope is that the rig isn't based off of bone influence and has actually vertex weighting or else I have to reweight paint it. Thank you again!

The mouth was in a separate file using aseprite for its faces... i think that might be the reason?

@OHNOETHEVOICES yeah prolly. make sure to pack resources in File>ExternalData>Pack resources in blender and it shoudl save them to the blend file?
@grunga Srry I don't know how to do that.....
