(MochiFitterProfile_YINA_1_01.zip) -- MochiFitter is a relatively new tool used primarily in Unity (I have never used it before so take my explanation with a grain of salt haha (っ,-)). Its utility is to help you fit clothing/accessories from one avatar base to another, so you don't have to go into a 3D modelling software like Blender.
(PSD_YINA_1_00d.zip) -- These are the photoshop (file name .psd) files for the avatar! This makes it so you can remove texture layers the original author of the model has given! i.e. if you don't like the makeup sometimes you can remove the layer it's on
(YINA_1_01a) -- Main file for the model. You don't need any of the other ones but this one for the prefab base to drag & drop into Unity
