I was able to convert the mod files into files."fmt", ".ib", ".vb" via "3Dmigoto-Sword-GUI". Imported the models into Blender via XXMITools and exported them to FBX. I don't understand models, I hope there is someone who can make an avatar out of it.
I am attaching an archive with the source files.

@ToshiNamura Do you perchance have the tool still? Looks like it was taken down a while ago and there's no archives or forks.
