@roseycheeks The avatar is Lumina, the latest version of her can be found here and the hair is Fancy Hair which can be found here!
I might be wrong but it also seems like it uses PCSS for the shadows, and that can be found here (not the latest version but the one before latest)
However I'm sadly not sure about where the skin matcap/material is from or the eye texture (though it's a bit hard to see the eyes so it may just be her default eye texture)
