Oh, so you had issues with that avatar creator too? I won three giveaways and had to use them before the week was up; I wasn't allowed to take my time choosing or figuring things out (like installing assets), and I didn't know all the options. I had won a 40% discount on a commission, but I couldn't even use it because I had to make the request immediately—and I already knew how to install the assets I was familiar with.
On top of that, the person communicates very poorly in support tickets—using broken English and, more importantly, unclear phrasing.
For example: "If you give me $30, you get a discount across my whole shop."So I interpreted that as: I give $30 and get a discount in the shop—but how much? $30 is the price of an avatar, so which avatar? Anyway, I asked again, and the reply was: "Are you stupid or something? Can't you understand what I'm saying? A discount in my shop, for $30."
I dug deeper and finally realized that for $30, I could put any avatars I wanted in my cart and use a code to bring the total to $0; the struggle to understand this took two days.
So, in the end, I got her entire shop for $30 (€28).So, I completely understand what you were saying earlier.

@Vainilla I had exactly the same thing, and with the added criticism that I was “stupid” for not understanding. Except that giving $30 by PayPal there is no "return" possible, and with the scams we see every day on discord or elsewhere, we are wary.
And in the lot, I won the 3 giveaways, and it annoyed me that already 30$, trusting is complicated because 30$ is not nothing and then, having the pressure to use the other giveaways during the week and not when you really need them, with of course the politeness and the annoyance of the saleswoman... We don't all earn a decent salary.
Above all, what irritated me was when I had to explain that I couldn't take everything in the same week, above all, no logic: for $30 you have the whole store and therefore all the avatars, but I also get a $25 reduction on 3 avatars purchased... I'm not going to buy them in duplicate!
And when you ask questions, the girl is so unpleasant that it doesn't make you want to.It's frustrating to have this kind of avatar creator who thinks he's above everyone.
In addition, she does giveaways saying that the money raised is to help her pay the bills, to eat and the rent and not even 2 days later she posts a photo of the acquisition of a new graphics card...
