Quest convert not possible right now without editing the model itself. I'd wait for the official quest version (planned). Mainly due to how the hair toggles are handled, all hair options are one mesh, using UV tile discard in poiyomi, something that quest can't do

They're using the Starlight head, perhaps you can find a texture that you can just plop on top of it!
