I grabbed the .unitypackage from the specific folders rather than the entire folder containing all the packages (GoGo Loco, VRCFury, etc.). It strikes me as odd too that the size isn't in the gigabyte range, but I have to admit the avatar uploads were fast—5 minutes each—so they aren't massive avatars.
I have them in-game.
I verify my package and i reupload link if i've a problem
