turns out it was it was in my alt accs dms i forgot i transfer files to that to upload on my laptop

@Bunzie12 so far now that i scoured. I have frenni v2 unity package and a fexa v1 vrca file. The others is from Ploof who has everything but fexa v2

so turns out i am an idiot and it did have physbones i was just been using the wrong scene this entire time bc there was one that looks the same in the deltarune folder the one called ralsei is the real scene
