Grabbed a few from Kemono a while back, so...

Toga pmx zip (blend file wasn't on kemono) ... and now that I'm looking at the kemono page again, I guess I should have downloaded more than just the uniform's pmx...
Jirou pmx zip (someone here shared, blend file wasn't on kemono)
MMD Tools addon for importing the pmx files:
https://extensions.blender.org/add-ons/mmd-tools/Momo, Mandalay, Ragdoll, Froppy, and La Brava were not put on Kemono.
