shes cute!granted some of those VPM/VCC addons ill have to look up to find cause i havent ever had to use a few of those but im grateful you added the pic of what to search for, just one question, whats shader core from so i can find that if needed?

You have to remove unnecessary Plugins and Modules from your project. It has a two of CustomInspector and Poiyomi Related issues all over the place.
I mean, it is a good gesture of you, sharing a free avi, but this is beyond useable at the moment for anyone not with the 1:1 exact setup you used there. There are files missing and others being duped.

@Lotus-Okami it's the whole unity project, 11gb for a project, for a good avi, is pretty small in reality (for me at least)

For those who aren't sure how to do it: once the file is downloaded, extract it into the folder where you keep your Unity projects. Then, in VCC or ALCOM, simply select "Add project" and add the folder you just extracted—simple and effective.
