Yeah, it definitely takes a damn long time to compress...
Edit: Took more than 1:06 hours.
@blapanda i was able to do the original package and gogo and ft tracking worked but it took an hour and 40 minutes insanity

Yeah, the package and all the scripts (all external VRCFury toggles, animations and such) are just taking immensely long, as well the uncompressed textures, which failed my first upload there, as I've added my personal avatar pen and other effects to the avi, by just freaking 25mb (525/500 MB limit).
When compressing every texture that the avi uses, it will reduce its texture memory down to 462.82 MB, which is still an indicator how unoptimized this avi is, with all the amount of assets on it.

idk how to fix this but it does not wanna upload i deleted the animation files for the ft bc i didnt want ft idk if thats whats wrong but this is my second time trying to upload her and when i still had the animation files it still wouldnt upload

@mxxn Mmm well I don't know, in my Unity project I have the avatar fine and it doesn't give me problems, what I did was delete the ft and gogoloco menus and delete the herarchy prefabs, maybe you're missing some dependency Maybe I don't know
