They have opted to remove the DRM and I believe also the copy protection.@LouisPillsHere They only removed the importer + DRM stuff. They still hold copyright protection to the avatar, so they can still DMCA as needed.

@kingbark id suggest maybe uploading it to vrmodles, you can be anon there, but another thing is they canβt see who did it anymore after they removed that thing

they forget that the people who want to buy it will buy it and people who rip will always find a way or wait indefinitely until it's found. very few will be convinced into buying, if ever, so there's no reason to set up these ridiculous drm systems. if you drive away your existing customers, you're not going to win any more. all trying to prevent ripping does is give people more reasons to want to rip.
hope this never becomes the standard for how models are published in the future. What a fucking nightmare for no good reason
