EasyHSV or other Tools Akin

Okay, I just found this neat little thing, but sadly its not up for sale anymore.
I can't find any archives for it, so I'm hoping someone 'round here has it, or a tool akin.I've been desperately wanting to be able to create full color customization using the VRChat Toon Standard Shader, since I've seen quite a few avatars do it, and I finally found this, but I think I found it way too late.
It'd be nice if someone could drop the files for it, or give me a link to another similar tool!

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
