Looks like a TVF base edit with the Legato head and using the hoofs for the feet or Eatz's Legato edit with the feet changed

I've figured out it's a lunabeast of some sort, cross referencing the fangs and eye shape, but still don't know the origin or edit maker...

This avi at one point was being sold and was taken down because and by what ive seen is Sturmwolf the creator of the lunabeast and such got upset that the creator of this edit well used the lunabeast without permission
