i cant say anything about the package uploaded here, but i can say that it should work just fine if you ACTUALLY follow the instructions and open the scene.
if it doesnt, then either the package is broken, or you clearly aren't following instructions.

just saying "i'm doing it" doesnt make it happen and people tend to avoid accountability by lying about their steps (also to avoid looking like idiots)

make sure to use VCC or ALCOM, follow the instructions to the letter (including actually using poiyomi toon, not poiyomi pro) and then post again with all the steps you've accurately taken. the avi looking black is definitely a shader thing, meaning the toggles fail to work properly, which can point towards using the wrong poiyomi version. (the avatar has radial menus to turn that black)

@viper454 you have to make a new project and add ONLY those things into it, i had the same issue then it fixed when i did this

I can confirm, Oblivion is uploadable without any issues.
I've even just used VRCFury and Poiyomi, as I don't care about face tracking (don't have a module for my headset not have it natively supported).
As always: Dependencies first, then the avatar package last. This will never change, no matter what Avi you want to upload.
