not entirely sure how it works but i would have to say its like how you test build a world so no one should be able to join you.
you can load your avatars but you cant join other worlds untill you relaunch vrchat properly -

u can use this script to open vrcw
https://forum.ripper.store/post/2058831or place vrcw file in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\VRChat\Worlds and use VRC Quick Launcher
or Hot swap and upload to ur account
new code for original world: 3535
@aassdd121 holy shit offline mode with VRC quick launcher works. do have to prefix file name with "scene-standalonewindows64-" then the rest, but world is unlocked. thanks
